Good vibes on a karaoke night.
Place was festive with the decorations.
Fish tacos have great flavor with a nice crisp. The salsa has good spice and flavor.
Burger wasn't rare enough for her, but she did like the flavor. Fries are decent.
Chicken Wings were good
Wonderful kind staff, excellent food, we had the boneless BBQ wings (so juicy) perfection.and the fish and Chips. Great beer batter and fries! It was soooo good. And inexpensive. Great service!!!
Absolutely love Kells! Their beer and food are fantastic, and vibes are warm and cozy. I highly recommend their shepherd's pie as well as the bangers & mash. Both were plated beautifully and were delicious! The fish and chips are also excellent. And you do not want to miss out on their bread pudding!
Recommend to anyone looking for a good old Irish pub, definitely great tasting Guinness. Absolutely loved the stew and the cabbage. Definitely good food, drinks and atmosphere.
I visited Kells Brewery during burger week so the item that I tried is likely no longer on the menu but I really wish it was! I tried the Nacho burger, which consist of a beef patty, beer cheese sauce, pico de gallo, and chili beans on buns. The burger was amazing and had me contemplating if I should order another even though we had other burger spots to try out. The drinks their are good, just regular mixed drinks with plenty of selections!
I happened to go on karaoke night so I was also lucky enough to hear some fun songs while I ate and drank. I recommend Kells!
Good beer, good food, comfortable seating and atmosphere. I enjoyed their Burger Week Burger, pretzel with beer cheese, and Blood Orange Wheat beer. They have a small parking lot, which is impressive for this area.
A laid back Irish pub with solid food. I tell myself I'll order something else every time I go, but I can't resist the shepherds pie. Go here to eat, drink, watch a game, pre-game, listen to live music. Fun spot!
Gotta be one of the worst meals I've had in Portland, I'm sorry to say. Ordered the corned beef and cabbage, $18 for some undercooked carrots, cabbage, and slices of bacon. Had maybe 5 large strips of corned beef, which was 60% gristle, with what tasted like instant mashed potatoes. It may not have been instant, but it tasted like it and had the same texture so it doesn't really matter. I would highly recommend using more butter guys. $8 for a pint of Guinness, would never come back.
